Easy Way to Get Computer Info One of the hardest things new users face when upgrading is not having the specs on their computer. To make this an easy process their is software and websites that help with this,the software is the most complete solution. Cpu-Z is one such software that gives a lot of detailed info about your computer,this you have to install like any other software then run it to get the details of your system,and is free. Sisoft Sandra is another software package that has a free version and a paid one it works very well for getting your computer info easy by installing and running the software. The manufacturer of your computers website can give you the details of your brand and model such as chipset,drivers and even the software that came with your computer. Video drivers for your system if it has a card are best downloaded from the manufacturers site, such as nvidia or ATI which is now owned by AMD so you would go to amd to get your driver download,make sure it is the latest stable version. Sound cards would be the same way to get the latest drivers for a creative soundblaster card go to their site and enter the model of your card into the search for drivers. |
